FlameTamer® Backpacker Insulating Cover

The Insulating Cover, placed on the bottom surface is used to reduce the heat being radiated downward so that a FlameTamer® may be used on a sensitive area where you would prefer to leave no trace. This is only achievable when used in conjunction with and placed under the FlameTamer® bottom.
The Backpacker Insulating Cover is made of 1" thick fiberglass mat, then wrapped in a fiberglass cloth and then again wrapped in a stainless steel mesh for durability.
